Pressing sign in button on Cloudflare Support causing old authentication in Cloudflare forcing to logout

I hoping that my title is clear, Cloudflare account gets automatically logged out when trying to sign in Cloudflare Support , no matters two-factor authentication is enabled or not.

To give you a clear explanation, I attatched video proof below.
