this is the screenshot

it happens only on firefox desktop!

other browsers work fine; even firefox mobile!

any ideas?! :face_with_thermometer:

The first response on this post looks promising:

This error means that Firefox wasn’t able to establish a secure connection and that all cipher suites failed (Firefox reached the end of the list).

So that seems very unlikely to be true if you are connecting to Cloudflare - we support TLS 1.0/1.2/1.3 and a variety of cipher suites that Firefox will work with absolutely fine. You can verify this if you like by running a 3rd party tool like SSL Labs to check your domain:

This will prove what is working on the domain.

Outside of this there are two things to check:

  1. That your domain’s IP address that you are resolving is actually Cloudflare - run dig or nslookup at the command line, replacing with your domain - the resulting IP address should be the one Firefox is connecting to
  2. Check to ensure you don’t have any anti-virus software with an SSL inspection feature enabled - some of these can interrupt secure connections

If 1) and 2) look OK, then I’d expect your SSL connection to work just fine. Run these checks and get back to us.
