- when I use it service, will Cloudflare show a captcha when I have DDoS or DDoS DNS attack?
If you use purely the free DNS Service/with all dns records dns-only, no Cloudflare wouldn’t have a way of injecting a captcha.
If you enable Proxy on records/use the CDN service as well, yes Cloudflare may challenge people based off factors such as IP Reputation, DDoS, etc. Some of this you can control and override, such as Security Level, deploying DDoS overrides, etc.

With proxy enabled, Cloudflare may challenge people based on your security setting (IP Reputation), other security features you’ve configured such as Bot Fight Mode, Custom Rules, Under Attack mode, etc, and the specific DDoS rule they tripped. Some DDoS rules block people outright, some managed challenge, some are “DDoS Dynamic” which block or mitigate based on internal guidelines.
