Posting without the forms

Is there a way to disable the forms when posting in the community in certain categories? For example, I’m trying to post a comment about some changes in the security dashboard. It’s not related to a specific domain and it’s not an error either.

Those forms don’t help in some circumstances.

I’d consider using the Feedback category for such case.
