I appreciate what the “/cdn-cgi/l/email-protection” does, however, our IT team is curious if it’s possible to also hide that page from being exposed to the public?

The client’s browser accesses that to decode the hidden emails, but it shouldn’t be visible to the user other than if they look in their browser devtools and see it. You’d have to turn off email obfuscation if you want to have the browser not access it.
