What is the issue you’re encountering

so i have set up a Pterodactyl server and i get the attached error.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

before i used SSl i had this error ‘WebSocket connection to “ws://192.168.178.26:8080/api/servers/201de5f5-710a-4a79-989b-b84228f6c442/ws” failed:’ i then wrote to Pterodactyl about it and they sent me here. i own the server and the domain.
