Your domain is configured to use Cloudflare’s Email Routing Service. But this service can ONLY receive incoming emails and forward same to another email address.
Cloudflare does not provide any service to send emails at all, so you can’t do this with Cloudflare’s Email Routing service alone. There’s no POP, IMAP or SMTP account to connect to.
You need to either get a 3rd-party SMTP provider to send emails, or, better yet, get a full-service email provider than can send an receive emails (eg Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zoho Mail, or even something from your hosting provider) – and disable Cloudflare’s Email Routing service completely.
Regarding your thread title:
Cloudflare Email Routing is an email forwarding service, not an email hosting service.
Forwarding services do not come with the ability to connect through IMAP or POP3, but are solely working as an intermediate “postman”, which tries to pass on the to another email address.
The operator of the final destination (the provider of that “another email address”), which you’re trying to forward your messages to, may eventually be able to provide you with access to these services.
