Do you have specific URI’s that we can use to test to see if they are being cached?
Currently I see that your zone is not set to use Cloudflare nameservers.Can you enable the proxy then see if the assets are being cached or polish is triggering? You can find out how to see when polish is working in this document below.
You would need to look at these headers in dev tools which is shown how to do so below in chrome.
It would also be wise to make sure the assets are being served from cache. You can see when an item is being served by cache when you look at the headers as well. Below are the successful cache statuses.
If you can do that and provide some screenshots of these headers that can help us determine what settings can be enabled to optimize speed.
