Webp images are being flagged in lighthouse and page speed insights as not “Serve images in next-gen formats”. Is this because they dont have a content-type header and why isnt this set by CF?
You’d have to ask the makers of the tool why they flagged it, but the most obvious answer would be they see the file extension and use that. Content-Disposition is a header included in the screenshot which describes the file as webp. It’s a false positive and can be safely ignored.
