Polish feature not working

Hello @Clouflare community!

I have activated cloudflare polish feature and I was wondering why does it never choose to optimize our images. Isn’t it supposed to help us with our speed? Is it because lossless has already done its job of cutting what is necessary? Webp formats do not seem to be added as well. I am wondering if anything I had set up makes it impossible for polish to do the proper compression.

It looks like Polish can’t do a better job than you already have:
cf-polished
origSize=564743, status=webp_bigger

That’s not to say it can’t be improved, but the algorithm Cloudflare uses is a bit limited.
