What is the issue you’re encountering

I have a website built by a third party and hosted with cloudflare. I am having to move to a website I have built on Wix. The website is ready to connect to the domain name above. I own the domain through 123 Reg.

What feature, service or problem is this related to?

Just in case I’m misunderstanding…

Your site is currently using the Cloudflare proxy - is that in your own Cloudflare account or that of the third party who built your site?

My own Cloudflare. Points to domain in 123 Feg. Current site built by third party comes down tomorrow. New site is in Wix

OK, just change your Cloudflare DNS record that currently points to 123-reg so it points to Wix instead as in the link above.
