I am using your nameserver but my website is down because it’s pointing to multiple IPs.
So their support team will get review the zone file for you.
The site on usemynotes.com does seem to work perfectly fine from here?
It is however correct that Cloudflare is pointing everything including name servers and Proxied (
) records towards multiple IP addresses, across a couple of different subnets.
There is absolutely nothing wrong with that kind of set up.
If the “support team” you refer to claims your website is down due to the multiple IP addresses used, or that this kind of set up is incorrect in one way or another, my suggestion would be that you should reconsider your collaboration with them.
