Pointing to Clickfunnels

I attempted to move my website from Wordpress to Clickfunnels – followed all directions and now I’m not sure what is happening.

Domain is chiroedgemedia.com

Here’s the picture of my cname

That domain doesn’t appear to point to the Cloudflare nameservers, it points to Bluehost.

dom@dom-ThinkPad-T430 ~ $ dig ns chiroedgemedia.com

I was messing with it and trying to fix it and I just changed it 60 seconds ago but it didn’t work so I am changing it back rigth now.

It can cause more issues if you keep switching the nameservers back and forth…

The DNS records look OK. If you pause Cloudflare, do you see your site OK?

no the page is blank

OK, sorry, I am not experienced at all with the Clickfunnels setup - it varies from the standard setup as Clickfunnels themselves are on Cloudflare - I would expect that to be a config error somewhere on Clickfunnels as your Cloudflare setup looks fine. Maybe contact them for help or wait a bit and hopefully someone else on here may be able to help!

thank you – do you recommend a reenable Cloudflare for the time being?

Yes, I would re-enable it, it will probably help with troubleshooting!

IIRC clickfunnels doesn’t work at the root domain (example.com) with Cloudflare - it must be a subdomain like www.

Thanks for jumping in here, @judge! :slightly_smiling_face:

They have a guide here which I was looking at, like I say, I don’t know anything about their setup though…

I followed those exact directions when setting up.

If all their directions have been followed, the config looks OK to me - I would contact their support and ask them what the issue is here… Sorry I can’t be more helpful!

I figured it out.

The CNAMEs were all correct.

When I set up on the clickfunnels side there was a default setting that I had to undo when associating the domain with my account.

thank you both for your help.

Glad you got this sorted :slightly_smiling_face:

Whoops, my bad. I remember something about the root domain last time but maybe that was fixed.
