Pointing subdomain to external sites

Hello. I need urgent help.
I am new to cloudflare. I want to buy a domain lets say mydomain.com and I want to have a subdomain like git.mydomain.com.
and my main goal heere is to make git.mydomain.com to open my github profile. so it will point to my github if it is correct way of saying.

is it possible in cloudflare domain registrar?

You would need to make a redirect, (probably using Bulk Redirects) that will redirect any requests to git.mydomain.com be redirected to your target.
