Pointing IP address of cloudflare enabled domain

Can we know the IP address to which a Cloudflare enabled domain is pointing to?
For example shubhamdubey.tech is Cloudflare enabled and if someone wants to know the IP address of the destination server, is it possible. If so, How? And If Not, Why?
And what if the server is using Proxy.

If you are the zone owner, you would look in your DNS settings. If you’re not the zone owner that information is not visible because Cloudflare acts as a reverse proxy for the origin.
