What is the issue you’re encountering

I added a pointer from my Cloudflare DNS to WIX and after a day my domain stopped working. This includes both my website and email, I contacted WIX and they advised me that the domain had been suspended, please help?

They are right, your domain is suspended.

Any further steps need to be discussed with your registrar (the company where you bought the domain).
