Siteground offers descriptions of how to do this, but I cannot use their help because I can’t find the matching information within the Cloudflare website. I own the domain at cloudflare, and my website at siteground. What I need are the specific cloudflare settings names and process step by step. What I have are the DNS provided by siteground. I’ve never done this before.
If you are hosting on Siteground with DNS handled by Cloudflare, you will want to set an A record for the root domain (e.g. example.com) to the IP address provided by Siteground (e.g. 123.234.243.213) and either an A or CNAME record for the www subdomain (e.g. www.example.com) as per information from Siteground.
