Point domain by cname instead of IP address

Hi,

We want to achieve below

Client’s Domain : “domain-one”

Website is hosted on a shared hosting with domain “domain-two”

Now I want to replace the below record in DNS of “domain-one”

“A” - domain-one - “185.146.22.229”

With

“CNAME” - domain-one - “reseller.domain-two”

Where “reseller.domain-two” is pointed to 185.146.22.229.

Please let me know the solution considering two cases below

1.DNS records of domain-one and domain-two are on different Cloudflare accounts.
2.DNS records of domain-one are not on Cloudflare but domain-two are on Cloudflare.
