the plug in Cloudflare runs in loop and does not remember the settings, the Automatic Platform Optimization does not remember to be on. thank you for your help

I have upload plug in cloudflare, and this : Apply Recommended Cloudflare Settings for WordPress : is truning from hours, i supposed there is a problem. What can i do ? Thanks
