i have been blocked when trying to get into secure efile to do my taxes. PLEASE HELP ME

You will need to contact the site you are visiting as they set the security and access rules, not Cloudflare. Pass them the Ray ID on the block page you see so they can investigate.

you mean contact irs? the blocked message says to contact Cloudflare Ray site owner and give them the ray ID? can you be more specific in who i contact.

Assuming you are using e-file.com (I just Googled your “secure efile”), their main site isn’t on Cloudflare, so try here…
