Plesk , cPanel and Cloudflare

I am currently hosting a 123reg site via Plesk it has accepted my SSL. However, the site is showing the 123reg 'start now! ’ image

I have contacted Plesk and 123Reg both of whom are saying its an issue with Cloudflare and their DNS record.

I have several other sites hosted this way and their DNS records match with the one causing issues. Has anyone else had this issue or know how to fix it?

It would seem to me that your site is not properly configured for HTTPS. If Plesk and 123reg say it’s Cloudflare, then I suggest you toggle “Pause Cloudflare on Site” from the overview page’s lower right corner, then wait five minutes for it to take effect. After that, see what happens when you visit the HTTPS URL for your site.

I’ve tried pausing it, the I got the “Your connection is not private” message.

I’m not seeing that. It’s showing the same screen as before, and it’s not paused. Did you click a More Info type of link to see why your browser said the connection isn’t private?

I have paused again this is the screen I now get

I can proceed to the site however it shows the 123reg photo page.

I have managed to fix it! It was to do with the IP address on the DNS record
