Dear Sir/Madam,
I noticed that money has been debited from my account without prior notice. I have not subscribed to any auto-debit option. I kindly request you to refund the debited amount now. I was bought pro account for just 1 month

This is not a live chat, and help is mainly from other Cloudflare users. You will need to raise a Billing support ticket if you are requesting help with payments as the community can’t help with that.
Cloudflare plans are all monthly or annual subscriptions. If you don’t want your Pro plan any more you need to downgrade the zone to a free plan before the next billing date yourself. Fees paid are generally not refundable.
sir, I am new in cloudflare, so I have no good idea about cloudflare. I purcheased pro account for testing sevices and I thought it will cancel automatically like monthly hosting plan. But cloudflare auto debited 30$ without inform me. Please please sir give me 30$ back
