Accordiing to the Doc of workers, it says
Outbound TCP sockets to [Cloudflare IP ranges] are temporarily blocked, but will be re-enabled shortly.
But after several months, it is still not re-enabled.
Please Re-enable TCP Sockets to Cloudflare IP Range in Workers, Thanks.

What is your use-case for needing that functionality?

With Websocket and TCP funtction in Workers and TLS service by Cloudflare CDN, Workers can be a high performance encrypted relay server.This is my use-case.However, no access to Cloudflare IP causes a little trouble.
