Please HELP!

I’ve followed all the setup instructions. First I had an Error 1000. After applying all the changes and nothing, I contacted support. Only for them to delete the IPV6 from the DNS records. And now I get this error.

This site can’t be reached ’s server IP address could not be found.

I’m totally useless when it comes to tech, is there anyone that can take me through the process using laymen’s terms and help me get my site back up?

It’s been 2 weeks already.

Your site is available without the www, both in http and https versions.

For the www version to become available, you need to set a DNS record that tells where to find it. It can be a CNAME with www in the Name field, and your root domain in the Content field. Or an A record pointing to the same IP address that the A record for the root domain points to.

After you fix this, it will be time to set a redirect, either at your origin, or with a Clouflare Page Rule, to force visitors to use only the https version, and perhaps one to force them into the canonical version (either with or without www).

Thank You @Floripare.

You fixed a 2 week struggle in 2 minutes! I ended up coping the IP’s in the A record, and made the Name field www.

And Voila!
