From the provided screenshot, may I ask have you tried using a different Web browser?
Possibly you’d have to log-out, clear cache & cookies, then log-in back? :thinking:

Furthermore, may I ask if you’re the Super Administrator of this zone, or rather addad as a member of someone else’s Cloudflare account to manage it?

I already do that. I tried on Edge, Chrome, Safari but still the same.
