There are two different types of zone banned error. Both are covered in this Tutorials
The community are unable to offer any assistance with fixing these errors.
If it is a permanent ban, you will need to contact support. If it is a temporary ban, you should try again after a few hours when the ban should have cleared. More information is available in the tutorial.

Please give Support the complete details and link to your Community post and share the ticket number here. If you receive an automatic response that does not help you, please reply and indicate you need more help.
