Click the domain name here and complete the setup. You are trying to “upgrade” it which won’t work as you’ve not completed the setup yet.
When i click that it brings me to choose a plan page. I cant get any further.

As i mentioned in the video…there was a weird $.81 bill that I paid on the 5th. I had no idea it was in there. But it was paid. You can see i bought a new subscripton for another domain name thinking that i might be able to get live chat with that domain and help me with the one I am having trouble with…but there is no live chat. it is all AI bots.
OK we finally get there, that’s what’s blocking your domain. What is your last ticket number? Don’t raise any more tickets, that slows things down for everyone.

thank you so so much. I am so shocked at how I had to chat with someone who is not even a part of cloudflare to elevate this issue. I thank you so much for helping me. I have no idea who you are but you are an angel.
Do you know how long it takes for people to get back to you? Do they not have a phone number? I would say this is pretty critical since it is their system that is causing the issue.
I am also having an issue with their billing and have sent numerous support tickets. We cant upgrade, delete the domain, fix the issue it is a literal STOP on everything and my site has been down for 3 days due to this. I cant get a hold of anyone either. There is no live chat, there is no phone number. Our domain is stuck in their system and i have no way to get it out. Very disappointing!
Yes, something is definitely happening in their system. I am also having major issues trying to delete a domain off of their system and it is related to billing. I too am in a loop and cannot get help. Support tickets are not working and they say they are 24/7. Hoping your issue gets resolved soon as well.

@cloonan you seem to be an active member of the community team. Can you help expedite ticket number 01416447? The issue lies with Cloudflares website and it is causing trouble with us being able to move/delete the domain off of cloudflare and because of it our website has been down for 3 days. I can’t get the right answers from support and they are sending me in a never ending loop. I need help. Please! Here is a video to understand what is happening.

Also WTF is happening with cloudflare. Many people are reporting about domain renewal and other billing issues. and cloudflare is not resolving them but marking as resolved.
I feel like all needs to come together and take appropriate course of action against cloudflare
WHERE IS SUPPORT TEAM and WHY they are not resolving DOMAIN RENEWAL ISSUES.
ALSO CLOUDEFLARE IS NOT RESPONDING ON SUPPORT TICKET AS WELL
