You encountered an error because you included https:// in your CNAME record, which is not allowed. The correct format for a CNAME record only requires the hostname. For example, if your target is fa-evdx-saasfaprod1.fa.ocs.oraclecloud.com , simply use that as the content for your CNAME record, without the https:// prefix.
Thank you Albert for your reply. before asking for help, i have tried with out https:// prefix. and get same error with my setup.
However since sub-domain A Help.ABC.com pointing to domain B fa-evdx-saasfaprod1.fa.ocs.oraclecloud.com/hcmUI/CandidateExperience/en/aa/CX_5
that’s the correct path for the server where response. if i remove `
hcmUI/CandidateExperience/en/aa/CX_5 dose accept the record. However that’s not correct path. any other thoughts?
