Please Help: Add an A, AAAA, or CNAME record for www

Hello,

Yesterday the person who was working on my website had it in their cloudflare account and it was perfect, the site worked perfect. After that, I migrate from his account to my personal account and the website didn’t work anymore.

I changed the dns as indicated, and as indicated by the programmer, for mine, but as I said after that stopped working. The error that cloudflare gives me is this:

A few more steps are required to complete your setup.Hide

Add an A, AAAA, or CNAME record for www so that will resolve.

And if I go to https://www.whatsmydns.net/, token errors now appear at all propagation points:

Error: Token mismatch

But if I go to this other website: https://who.is/whois/voarhoje.com, it figures with the correct name server.

Hello,

Yesterday, my programmer activated my website in the cloudflare personal account and everything was perfect.

When I migrated it to my account, the following error appears inside my cloudflare account:

Add an A, AAAA, or CNAME record for www so that will resolve.

On my hosting server I exchanged the NS for my cloudflare NS, can someone help me?
