do we really need to stick a public forum post with our domains to get this enabled??? what a mess..
This is a bit of a process disaster if we have post domains here or hunt the PM of the month on the forums, at least update the docs and tell the wider community exactly what to do to enable O2O, what to expect in terms of timelines, clearly the O2O enablement in the dashboard promised a number of years ago never materialized, are support staff familiar with what O2O is and how to escalate the issue internally - i get the impression they haven’t a clue what o2o is…
thankfully we’re just experimenting at this stage otherwise I’d wouldnt even consider it as an approach based on enabling issues
