Your DNS records appeared to be proxied already…

Unless you are using Shopify, O2O will work automatically on proxied CNAMEs anyway so doesn’t need to be enabled by Cloudflare manually. Just ensure you are using your provider’s CNAME and not A/AAAA records.
Do you mean you have a CNAME in place already that’s pointing to the host and it’s giving an error?
What hostname have you set, where does it point, and what error is showing? If unsure you can show a screenshot of your Cloudflare DNS records.
The host needs to be using Cloudflare for SaaS and your hostname needs to be set up at their end. If both those are not done you will get error 1014 if you try to CNAME to them.
This is not an O2O issue. As I said, unless using Shopify, O2O just works automatically if you have a CNAME pointing to a provider that’s using Cloudflare for SaaS.
If you are getting 1014 errors, then either your CNAME is not correct, or the provider is not using Cloudflare for SaaS or hasn’t set up your custom hostnames. O2O can’t fix those.
Hi, Thanks for your all your help and confirming the issue, I have reached out to the provider to fix it their side. Would you mind unlisting this tread and/or deleting the domain names from it please. Thanks.
