I was trying to figure out how to create a ticket to close our account as per https://support.cloudflare.com/hc/en-us/articles/200167776-How-do-I-cancel-or-downgrade-my-Cloudflare-account-
I’m assuming this is where I do this. Please close our account!

Hi @user3010, login to Cloudflare and then contact Cloudflare Support and ask them to delete the account. They’ll ask you to verify some information and once you reply to that, Customer Support will close the account.
