Hi, i upgraded my plan for a specific domain i need help with.
I have ticket 2471356 in which your bot is replying “Email support is not available for customers on your plan type” which is not the case.
I upgraded the plan in order to receive help from you.
I see the ticket is open in the proper queue. It takes a while after upgrade for the bots to catch up to status, but it looks correct now. I have added myself and link to this thread.
Can you share domain details here to see if the Community can assist while we wait for an engineer to get to your ticket?
How long ago did you change your nameservers at your registrar? I see they were confirmed but the zone has been removed and added and then confirmed again, but it seems to still be propagting at the moment.
