Player's quality selection has a delay

Hi,

whenever you select a different quality, it takes a few seconds until the player actually performs the switch. It’s confusing and lacks responsiveness, since there’s no feedback or indicator for the user.

I assume the player waits for the next chunk, but an immediate response would be welcome. An alternative would be to introduce an indicator like a spinner.

@max6 Thanks for commenting on this! We thought it makes sense to have the player dump the buffer immediately when the user manually selects a quality level, and this change has been applied. A spinner will appear if buffering takes more than one second.
