You should wait for support to reply back - billing isn’t something the Community can help you with.
It is a technical issue in the system which needs to be solved, workarounds are maybe possible (as read in the community), but did not work for me for the moment. I am waiting for a week for a solution now, will look for alternatives due to lousy support.
