Plan tier descriptions misleadingly say that the free tier can get email support


The documentation clears this up:

Customers on Free plans are encouraged to utilize our Cloudflare Community and will only receive standard ticket support for billing, account, 2FA, and abuse issues.

However I agree that the text on that plans page can be misleading, this was escalated about a month ago and I’ve asked for an update to see if that is being changed.
