What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

We simply paid to use the business version and its not upgraded. We need to upgrade since we expect a huge launch and increase in the traffic volume for the website soon. We have opened a support ticket (01208915) last week and there still no response, its been two weeks without a resolution. We need to upgrade to business and invoices are PAID.
