Pkg.cloudflare.com - problem downloading GPG key

I am attempting to follow directions on pkg.cloudflare.com to setup the Ubuntu repo on a VM (in order to make it easier to update cloudflared).

Is not providing the file requested, and is instead spitting out an error message:

Error: get: We encountered an internal error. Please try again. (10001)
    at async r (./worker.mjs:1:237)
    at async Object.fetch (./worker.mjs:1:36)

I’ve “tried again” multiple times over several hours; something is clearly unhappy on the back-end and hasn’t fixed itself.
