What is the issue you’re encountering

When proxy is on for my DNS A and CNAME records and I try to connect pixieset with my domain from Cloudflare, the pixieset website says that my website isn’t pointing towards the correct IP addresses.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

It works fine with the proxy setting turned off and the DNS only turned on. I’m new to this and want to know if it is safe for me to turn off the proxy mode and if there is a way to get the website to work with proxy on for my DNS records.
