Phpmyadmin folder sitting undder ip address now redirecting

I had a phpmyadmin accessed by ‘IP-address/phpmyfoldername’ (with ht password protection)
’
All of a sudden it is redirecting to ‘domain name folder name’ with no forward slash between domain and the folder.

I have not made an server-side changes to cause this redirect so I was wondering if there has been anything from the Cloudflare side that has caused this redirect?

If this happens when using the IP address, Cloudflare won’t be involved and you need to discuss this with your webmaster or the host, I am afraid.
