I have an issue with PHP sessions. After I activated CloudFlare, PHP sessions last not more than 10-15 minutes; after this time, a new session ID is created (a new value for the PHPSESSID cookie is sent by the server) and the previous session data is lost. It seems like the previous session ID is not valid anymore or it expired.
This issue did not happen before I activated CloudFlare, and if I pause CloudFlare, the issue disappears.
I also tried some Page Rules for the “/admin/” path. The administrative pages are located in this directory and in its subdirectories. I set “https://www.winerytastingsicily.com/admin/*” as URL, and I tried the following rules, alone and together:
Disable Security, Cache Level: Bypass, Disable Apps and Disable Performance
but the issue did not get solved.
These are my hosting’s PHP settings for sessions:
I use a custom administrative application. The session is set for staying alive for a maximum of 2 hours from the last request.
Any suggestions? Is there anything I can try?
