Welcome to the Cloudflare Community. 
No one in the Cloudflare Community has the ability take enforcement action on a site that uses Cloudflare. If you have already submitted a report to the Cloudflare Trust Hub, there is no need to post on the Community forum. If you feel that you must do something else, you could always submit a report to law enforcement.
Understood, it’s your servers unless you’re a proxy for other operators. I’ll see if your fraud dept does anything and pursue other options while I wait. Cheers, I’m out.
