I have deleted the folder cgi-bin, from the root directory because that the cause of the phishing error as per Google Search Console’s Page error. Also, after removing the malicious folder, I have checked my site on Google Transparency which is showing the status that the site has no issues. I have also requested a review almost a week ago but the matter remains unresolved. Kindly help fix the issue so that my site stops showing phishing error message. Thank you!

May I ask if you’ve checked your mailbox for any email from Abuse Cloudflare?
Did you followed the steps on your Dashboard and selected a Request review?
