This works for me now with no phishing alert.

So it seems this is resolved already.

the url was https://link2.it/zh94y and it was immediately removed as soon as I was informed that it pointed to a malicious page (I emphasize that the site uses two filter systems both for the destination domains and for the non-residential IPs of those who create the link). Visiting the url still shows the warning and in my control panel I still see a warning
