Persistent Website Issues and Cloudflare Configuration

Hello Cloudflare Community,

I hope you’re all doing well. I am seeking your valuable assistance regarding persistent issues I have been encountering with my website, swagcaptions.com. Despite engaging in a live chat session with my hosting provider, SiteGround, the problem continues to persist, and I am uncertain if my Cloudflare settings are properly configured.

To provide a brief summary, I am unable to load swagcaptions.com on my mobile device. SiteGround suspects a DNS issue and has guided me to check my Cloudflare account and DNS settings. Following their instructions, I updated the IP address due to a recent server relocation. However, despite these changes, I am still experiencing errors when attempting to access the website.

I tried clearing my browser cache and using different browsers to fix the problem, but it didn’t help. The website still loads slowly, and I keep seeing the 520 error code.

I am reaching out to this esteemed community to seek guidance and assistance in resolving these ongoing issues.

I genuinely appreciate your attention to this matter and would be highly grateful for your prompt assistance in resolving these persistent issues.

Thank you all in advance.

When you pause Cloudflare, does your site load correctly over HTTPS? If not, it is best to get that working before re-enabling Cloudflare.

Hi,

Thanks for the advice. The issue has been successfully resolved. Just had to make adjustments for DNS records in the Ezoic dashboard.
