You cannot add or modify subscriptions or services until the outstanding balance is paid. You should be able to do so in your Billing page. (Code: 1323)
What is the issue you’re encountering
If I try to add a new domain or change the subscription level of an already added domain I get the error and I cannot change the subscription level.
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
I have
- checked the invoices and billing 100+ times, I have no unpaid invoices. Even on the API none shows.
- created tickets on the support pages
- written emails including screen shots, screen recordings, HAR file and anything the support asked for.

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?
Add a new domain, try and select a subscription plan.
Or
Try to change the subscription plan of a domain
