Permanently Disable Cache Reserve from my account

I already paused this useless Cache Reserve beta after getting my first invoice in November.

But in December, they again send invoice for 4+ dollar. But why? No any operation. Already paused in November. Then why they asking for payment?

How I can permanently delete Cache Reserve from my account. Because there are no any official documents right now.


I see that Cache Reserve still shows 189.11kB of data cached there. Have you tried a Purge Everything?

But this is a good question. Hopefully someone who’s gone through this knows.

Like wise. Purged cache and still storing on cache reserve. Need a solution to permanently disable cache reserve.

I am waiting for 12 January to see the results. I disabled the subscription through BILLING - Payment and Subscription tab of my account

Hah i just cancelled it as well. I use to have 600gb last two months of data stored, last two weeks i am at nearly 5tb, thats like 70usd plus 10 usd for the other operations. No real changes on the site to justify the massive jump in data cache.

I bet with the product cancelled it will blow out more, maybe another 20 usd since it uses agregate days which you cannot purge the buckets until they disapear on invoice reset. Basically, we are screwed.

It would have been better if CF made “The billable quantity is rounded up down to the nearest million” so its performance can be tested out first. :grin:
