Performance issue gateway with Warp

What is the issue you’re encountering

After a break in testing, we’ve recently resumed our work with Cloudflare Gateway. We upgraded to a paid plan, but we’re still experiencing performance issues, which is a bit disappointing. Additionally, I’m unable to access the Warp client settings—it keeps prompting us to upgrade to a Business plan, even though we already have a paid subscription. Could this be related to the “Billing Subscription Update” issue? Has anyone else encountered something similar, or does anyone have advice on how to resolve this?
