People based in Nigeria are unable to access my website. The page does not load at all
I spoke in depth with shopify who ensured there was nothing being blocked from there end and have suggested that Cloudflare is blocked access to the website for visitors fro Nigeria.
Cloudflare would not block, there may a rule blocking access, check that here, https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/:zone/security/waf/custom-rules
If you don’t see any rules, check events to see the reason for a block, https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/:zone/security/events
If you don’t see any events it is very likely the traffic was blocked along the way, you can run a traceroute to determine where.
Hi, I followed both of your suggestions but no luck. 0 rules and 0 events. How exactly do I run a traceroute please?
That’s because your domain mubeessentials.com is NOT proxied in your Cloudflare account (ie your “Proxy Status” is set to DNS Only 
).
Consequantely, no WAF or CDN setting is active for your domain, and whatever is stopping your Nigerian users from access your site can’t be anything to do with your own Cloudlare settings (Shopify also uses Cloudflare though).
Thank you for your reply. Yes i have checked the DNS section on my account and the proxy status on all lines are DNS only. Can you please further clarify the solution, should i turn it off for all lines or only specific ones?
The cause – and the solution – lies outside Cloudflare.
