Pending Validation HTTP with one of a Custom Hostname (for SAAS)

Hi Cloudflare community !

I use the Custom Hostname service for SAAS and I have a client who is registered with a subdomain.

But when i visit the subdomain even after 24 this is the error i get: ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH

DNS CNAME record is correct but SSL certificate is PENDING VALIDATION:

I tried deleting then resubmitting the custom domain but nothing worked I still get this error on Chrome and other browsers.

While for all my other clients it works perfectly.
